The Firm is involved in the creation, development and management of high quality commercial pheasant and partridge shoots in the West Midlands. We advise on the formation of shoots, negotiate the rent of shoot sporting rights, host shoot days for absentee owners and manage shoot bookings.
Christopher Lyons Rural Asset Management is involved in the sale, purchase and letting of salmon and trout fishing on the Rivers Wye, Usk and Teme and has day to day contact with Natural England and other Agencies involved with river conservation and Sites of Special Scientific Interest.
